Here in beautiful SE Colorado, we have fourteen inches on the ground; and still coming down. Not supposed to quit until Sunday morning. Hope to get home from work tonight, and back to work tommorrow. White Christmas? Bah Humbug.

Mike

Snow looks best on a postcard from Switzerland. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

Saw that on TV....looks pretty bad...Hope you got home safely. Don't hurt anything shoveling /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Stuart, have you seen the weather from Switzerland lately? I think they are cancelling winter there this year! VERY little snow to speak of there! If you are into winter, CO. is the place to be this year!!

Last update. Officially 31" of snow. Junt got back from our local hospital where I'm the Facilities Management supervisor. We can at least function, and I'm worn out. Happy New Year everyone.

Winter and snow are not my cups of tea Mike. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Last time on snow was in a blizzard, didn't really enjoy it at all!!

I do agree, Colorado's the place here in the US.

Stuart.

Nor mine Stuart. I put my dues in with that scene for too many years, it's the tropics for me now. So far this winter it has gotten as cold as I want it to get right here in S. Fl. (Brr...I had to put a long-sleeve T and long pants on the other night!!). Rather nice though, got to roll down the van windows instead of using A/C. I like being where the BE can live like a French starlet on the Riviera...topless!!

Last blizzard (well, just a snow-storm really) was back in 1990 visiting relatives for Thanksgiving in N.J. That was enough of a reminder of why we moved south!
