Hello all,
I am restoring a TR6 and want a conversion kit for the carburetors. I've been told that the SU HIF44 would be perfect. Ok, it's easy to empty my wallet and buy an expensive set but that's not only less fun but also will extend the project as other things have to wait longer.
My question(s):
Can I buy *any* HIF44 and use it later for 'the' conversion ?
Where/what manifold do I need ?
Anyone has a document (online) how to do it / what you need ?
Anyone know where I can buy a 'kit' to do the conversion ? I need linkage system etc. etc.
In other words: Any help about the HIF44 conversions is much appreciated !
(Or better advice(maybe about an other conversion))
Cheers,
Lennart
