Aloha!
The Wife and I are celebrating out 25th anniversary in Maui...
She is taking a nap, I just came up from the beach after having our two complimentary Mai Tai's...

So what else?
Hawaii craigslist search for Midgets of course!

Here's a nice little brown RB car that reminds me of a certain Midget I once bought seemingly so long ago now!
Gee that's what I originally paid for mine!

Don't know what this one is, but it would be fun to go find out:

Saw a B or two, but not that interested

We are driving a convertible while we are here of course, here we are at the state park in Hana:

You are having too much fun! Don't buy any more MG's until you get to the mainland!!

Just saying....
Looks like I could live here.
Cheap Midgets that actually run!!

Yes I have to go home to the frosty Pacific Northwest eventually.
I sure could get used to going off to the beach a couple times a day.

"Wonderful small sports car for fun drives in our great climate", which translates to:
"No top, no side curtains, holes in the floors, nice ventilation"

Awesome, I love Hawaii. Just asked if she was ever gonna leave me.

"Why????"

Cause I can fly to HI, buy a Midget for $1200 and live there forever.

For Hawaii you need a mini moke. No need for rollup windows ect.

Kurt.

There was briefly a member here from Hawaii. My smog stuff ended up on his car. Sadly I think he disappeared right after that.

Only acceptable if you are Number 6.

"I am not a number, i am a free man."

So, does that make you the new number two?

I might just be out...

We took the kids to Maui earlier this year. They loved it. I only spotted an MGB. Enjoy.

We went on the Teralani sunset dinner cruise last night, really fun.
No lbc sightings yet but I saw a classic Comet station wagon yesterday!

Look up John Sprinzel while you're there, Rick. He's THE famous spridget rally driver case folks don't know.

Kurt.

Well it appears he is a bigwig with the Maui county government, I don't have any contact information for him though.
It might have been fun to bother him a bit, but it is probably not to be.

ah.. the rusty rod of reality sets in... salt and ooold british cars... nice Maui dreamin however!

I knowit should, but look how solid the brown car is. It doesn't look well cared for, stored indoors or recently painted.

Yeah, sometimes you get lucky - face it sometimes you just get lucky.
I'd still be making use of a magnet and peeling back the flooring and looking very seriously at the under carriage.
That's if I was living here..............

Dude, believe me, it's a good thing Kelly and I aren't in a bad place. I'd be paypaling you some dough from the taxi taking me to the airport.

Emissions are a buzz kill but I'd find'a guy...
