The hydraulic cylinder on my HF lift didn't fare too well in the fire, but it was outside and the rest of it looks ok, so I looked for a replacement. I found one at Walmart.com and it was $39.99 delivered! They have a limited supply available and it looks like a bargain.

Bonus! and, ironically going from HF to Walmart is probably considered an upgrade :devilgrin:
