RomanH on this forum has three mounted on his stock intake. Saw his car on Sunday and he said he likes them. He had to work some things out to get them to drop to idle but he said they are working fine now.

By keeping the stock manifold he had a place to connect his vacuum lines for the brakes and crankcase vent.

Hi Tom!
I only have 2 of the Mikuni HSR 45 carburetors on my stock intake manifold. They were a direct replacement for the Strombergs and with the accelerator pumps make the throttle response instant. Not as trick as those 6 Keihins!

And how much does that sweet little setup cost?

Not that I'm interested or anything like that....
