I see Hap's banner at top at times but if you go the the vendor page he's not listed.
He only sign up for half?
 
I'm having the same problem. Probably my own ignorance, but would like to check it out, if Basil thinks it post worthy.
 
That's not part of the paid advertising package - just something I do as an added thing for vendors. I have a few new vendors, all of whose banners will eventually go there when I get the time to update that page. (Probably next weekend)
