Those fender pods look like they might have come from a Daimler, too. BTW, even though the styling on these two Midgets isn't to my taste, the workmanship looks pretty good.

This is an early prototype from the Bat Man character series when they were looking to appeal to a younger demographic group. A few pilot scenes were shot with Big Bird but he never did get off the ground....
