Here's a TR variant most have probably never seen

Yep, it is a cool car. Looks great and I really love the hood hold downs. Might have seen a Lucas distributer cap in the engine compartment, but thats about the only thing I recognized, oh possibly the brake fluid supply can. Course I know next to nothing about early Triumphs.

Neat car though.

Looks more MG-ish than TR. Check out the padding on the bonnet straps!
Well, in 1933, they ALL looked like that pretty much! Difference is, MG took a lot longer to get away from that style. And Morgan still can't totally get away from it....

I'm startled to read that there are supposedly three of the Vales in the US...or, for that matter, that there are at least three still extant. First I've ever heard of one beyond period photographs in some of the Triumph histories.

Triumph Super Seven Engine, axles and brakes.

Triumph components yes. TR designation no.

Correct. the TR designation wasent used till the early 50s. But then we're just being picky. That's still a really neat (Triumph based) car. thanks for pointing it out.

Nice car. It looks like you out of luck fitting into it if you're over 4'8".

Naaah, like most sports cars of that style and era, there's probably a ton of leg room (depth) IF you can get yourself through or over the door and into the cockpit.
