My car came with a front sway bar, but the mounts on the A-arms were never installed. Could someone post a picture and the distance from the fulcrum pin to the sway bar mount?
Thanks

Best I can do. There should be three holes right beneath the spring for the bracket.

Do your A-arms not have the holes? Or are you missing the end links? I have the bar / links off my car at the moment, let me know if you need a close-up for reference.

i dont think 62s had sway bars as stock ....
ull probably have to drill ....z

IF you have to drill, make backing plates to fit up inside the A-Arm. .. you'll want the additional strength... i made a template with a piece of card stock, then shaped the 1/4" plate to that to fit up inside...

I am going to have to drill holes. And the reinforcing plates are already there. I keep finding the strangest things on this car. The PO had the sway bar on the car with no end links. Just hangin' in the breeze.
Duncan, a close up and a measurement from the fulcrum pin to the plates or the first hole would be great.
You guys are awesome. Thanks.
