I had the long pieces marked dash support bracket, and did not mark the shorter piece. The short one is not a rear fender stay rod. Also having a hard time figuring out the mounting for the glove box. To mount the box do I need to remove the left heater brace, or does it fit with a good push. I've looked at some of the older posts on the topic. Do the longer brackets in the picture go on top of the glove box/

Hi Keith, the short one isn't the battery hold down is it?

The short is for the front apron at the bottom in the center. It holds the front apron to the frame. There is a bracket on the frame for oneend and a hole in the apron on a small mouth.

MP no it's to short, and does not have the right shape for the battery hold down. SP it's to big for the apron support. The apron support on the is car 6" long and not as wide, but thanks for the ideas. I'm beginning to think they might go on the 1958 BN6 I used to have. Maybe I'll post over on the Healey forum and ask.
