Hi, I'm Scott, I live in Cambs, UK.

I am currently restoring a 1969 Series 2A Land Rover. My goal is to get her back on the road and in regular use once more, not concourse or shiny. I'm currently restoring the leaf springs, having just finished the axles, hubs, steering and brakes. Next up is chassis and some other small bits of welding.

I'd also like an Austin Healey one day (and the wife approves).

I hope to enjoy lurking here.

Hi Scott and welcome to the BCF. The Rover is a great project you are working on. Don’t just be a “lurker”.... post some pics of your Rover!

Welcome to BCF! Lurking is against the law here! If you lurk, to quote Basil Fawlty, "we shall visit you in the small hours and put a bat up your night dress!"

So don't lurk!

Thanks, all. I'll try to post some pictures of the Landy as I get some nice before/after shots of little jobs. See you soon.
