Hello-

My name is Glenn Ryder. I live a bit north of Seattle, Washington, USA. I am 62 years old, married 37 years with 4 kids and 3 grandkids.

I am a +34 year public transit operator for King County Metro. A fancy way of saying I'm a public bus driver in Seattle.

I learned to drive at 16 years old on a 1959 Hillman Minx of all things. It was black, 4 doors, with a 4 speed transmission (an extra-low gear).

I've owned numerous 'old cars' in the past years and am looking forward to another!

I do like Guinness and Smithwick's!

Glad to be here!

Cheers!

Glenn

Glenn - welcome to BCF.

I started with a ten year old 1955 Jaguar Mk VII back in college, and went downhill (or uphill?) ever since.

What British cars interest you now?

Tom M.

There's a 1967 Austin FX4 Taxi not too, too far away from me. Am intriqued!
