I'm a long time British Car enthusiast. Over the years I have owned a TR6, GT6, and TR8. I have also spent time on the dark side with a couple of German cars. Plus, I have done some vintage formula car racing. Currently, my son and I are completing a rolling renovation on a TR8 that sat under a tarp for a number years, which we have running and driving with still more to do. In December I bought a 1974 TR6 from a couple who took care of the car for 38 years. I sold my first TR6 almost 30 years ago and the itch came back when I was working with the boy on the TR8. So it goes! Attached photos of the boy's TR8 and the recently acquired TR6 stored at a friend's shop for the winter.

Welcome! You HAVE to attend the Glenwood Rally in Glenwood Springs.
It was on my list of things I wanted to do when I lived in Northern California.
There's also a car run through Rocky Mountain National Park that looks like
a great run.I can't remember the actual name of it it right now.
You might also join the Rocky Mountain Triumph Club in Denver.I attended
on of their meetings & was treated very well,& still have the T shirt.
 
Thank you for the welcome and suggestions. All good. I recently rejoined the RMTC. I haven't been to the Glenwood Rally in probably 20 years, but it is on the todo list. Durango's tucked in the southwest corner of Colorado and is 350 miles from Denver and a bit more to RMNP. I have driven through the park with another club years ago as well! We will see what the summer brings. I have some reconditioning to do with the TR6 because it hasn't been driven very much over the last 10 years. I hope to start on it in May when I bring it back to Durango. Thanks again.
