Hello My name is Tyler smith and i am from london ontario Canada.

a little background info:

I have always been a lover of Cadillacs i love the ride the feel well just everything about them, my previous Cadillac was a 1993 sedan deville, it was so beautiful but sadly it was totaled by a man thinking he could run a red light.

so i purchased a 2004 hyundai tiburon for a daily driver and i love it,, strange how i love this little korean car considering i am an american car lover lol.

my mom has always loved British cars (lived there as a child)so once i was able to my dad and i went hunting for a MGB but alas they were very hard to find with little to no rust, many of them were rotten from the ground up.

so my mom confessed to me that she has always wanted a jaguar but could never find one she loved (one like from her child hood)

so after some hunting we came across this 1986 jaguar xj6 that has been treated like a queen and has been garage kept since it was imported from Florida in 1991 its beautiful with almost 0 rust. there is some on the upper body and i intend to re paint the car in its original color (blue)

after surprising her i found that the series 3 was the car she had always wanted the only thing off was the color lol she wanted British racing green. i personally am in love with the ivory white from the series 1.

anyways i just wanted to say HI and say how i very much look forward to learning a tone about this car as i am its mechanic lol.

there are some issues currently that are going to stop me from safetying it.

so far the only one is the blower motor's
both motors are not operating i have done some diagnosis and have found that the switch is functioning, i have checked the 50a fuse, the 10a in line fuse and a few other in line fuses but have come up blank except for the yellow and brown in line fuse located on the passenger side kick panel. i replaced it and still no operation. the 50a fuse socket has 1.6v when the switch is off and when on low it gets 14.08v

any help at all will be greatly appreciate

Thank you all!
