Just a short intro.

I'm Terry from AVS bath.
I have always been mad about cars, racing, and anything automotive

I like my cars to be old and women even older hehe.

Welcome, Terry! Good to have you aboard!

Hmmm... just how old IS that car? I'm presuming it's not a 1924 Bentley racer.

Hi Terry,

When I was in my Mid 20s; I always seem to date Ladies in their Late 20s to Early 30s. Now that I`m in my Early 60s; I`d like to still date Ladies in their Late 20s to Early 30s!

Best Wishes,

Russ

I'm Larry and recently purchased my third TR (firt two were 40 years ago!) and I bought it off ebay. Got slightly ripped off and now I'm having to fix
"stuff" that I had not planned. Looking for anyone who has pulled the dash off of a 71 TR6. I got the passengers side loose and all's well, but the driver's side has me puzzeled. I loosened the speedo and the tach as well as the lower metal plate holding the vinyl padding. But I'm still not able to pull it off. Checked Bently's book and the Moss catalog but can't find out what I'm missing, anyone out there who done this and who might give me a clue? Thanks in advance.

Step One, Larry: take a deep breath!

There are tabs up under there ya may have missd, and a few decades of prior owners... scout it out with plenty of light and patience.

...and welcome to the both of you. Terry ~and~ Larry.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

@Ashley: If you're even in the area feel free to drop by:
garage bath

@Larry: Seems like you got the bad end of the stick with that one :frown:
I hope you left the guy bad feedback?
