TR6 Heater

Are you sure the diverter door at the bottom of the heater is open? The heater knob on the dash has to be pulled out to open the door.

It opens for defrost and closes for feet and it's warm air comming outthe back but cool air out the spout to your feet

The door has to be open all the way for heat at your feet.... the ducts with the swivel balls are cold air vents.

i think that might be it. My ducts aren't attached to the heater the front spout on the passenger side of the heater is blowing cool air that must hook to the dash vents , but the door in the back doesn't open all the way only about an inch

This control on the dash that directs the heat has two positions. The first pull is for the defrost and the second pull (all the way out) opens the door a little more and directs the heat to the floor.
This will help if you haven't seen it.
