Metal Pipe that goes from water pump back to heater is hanging up on exhaust manifold and can't be moved. Can't find that pipe or diagram in either Moss or TRF catalog. Can anyone help me with this?

What car are you working on? On a TR3, that pipe is on the opposite side of the engine ...

PD -I think a picture would help!

Are you talking about the tube that goes thru the intake manifold on a 72 thru 76 TR6?

My TR6 is a '71. Tube runs under the manifold(s) and bolts to the transmission housing. heater hoses connect to it. I think I f^%$#d up by installing both manifolds before the water pump & pipe. I should have made a list. So far, this is the only problem encountered other than a stripped nut. I was in a hurry to finish & get back on the road. My bad.

Update. I unbolted the manifolds to get at the tube but it got twisted somehow and won't line up. My pal Randy will have to straighten this one out.
