The Coventry Transport Museum is a world class automobile museum. The early Standard and Triumph artifacts are really neat, too. What I like most about them is that they collect cars as they are. The GT6 has halogen lights, a rear window wiper, mud flaps, and chip-resistant paint on the rockers so it is a great example of a car updated for modern driving and the taste of the owner. The Dolomite Sprint (not pictured) is immaculate.
They really need an LHD TR to tell the export story. Anyone interested in donating their car for posterity?
Thanks for sharing the photos.
