Here's news on the fall 2024 Healey event at Road America and Sheboygan, Wisconsin next September. It will be the biggest all-Healey racing event in the USA in over a decade. Here's the information so far from another forum:
The Wisconsin Austin-Healey Club is sponsoring and planning the National AH Conclave in Sheboygan, WI in 2024.
Go to their website for details which are still in the planning stages. It is indicated to take place from September 15-19.
Events will also take place in Elkhart Lake, WI and Road America Race Track. Car show, track touring. The race weekend there is talk of having a special parking area for Healeys in the upper paddock and a lap around the track.
That prior weekend of September 13, 14, & 15th is the long-running VSCDA Fall Race @ Road America.
There have been preliminary talks with the organizers of VSCDA about having an All-Healey Race that weekend. Whatever race-prepared Big Healeys, Sprites, Jensen Healey, Elliots, Tickfords, Silverstones, etc
There will be more info when it is more developed. The main thing is to earmark the dates if you are interested in attending the race weekend and Conclave afterwards.
Again, they are in the planning stages. There are a few of us as contacts. If you want to know about the Conclave contact the Wisconsin club. I have no involvement in that. As for the Healey race and race weekend, you can contact VSCDA in a couple of months once the racing schedule has been announced on their website.
You can PM me and will inform you of anything else we know. Invites are going to Healey racers in Europe, but with this being a one-off event and not a series, there may be few takers unless they see this as an opportunity to visit other tracks during the summer.
