Healey part company

I stumbled on a parts company last night but can not find it again. It might have been German or at least offered languages in German and English.

It was not lbcarco but something remotely like Ibarro or Ilbrum. I just can't remember.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks

Bruce

Thanks but browser history does not show on the one machine I used.

Limora is the one.

Thank you!

After having seen both sites it seemed they were the same company. Thanks and I will check SC Parts first. My wife is in England at the moment so I wish I knew exactly what I needed but won't know until the trans of the BN2 is pulled out and opened. Won't stay in 2nd or reverse.

Clearly a symptom of a worn 1st/2nd synchromesh hub; order a new first gear assembly to solve the problem.

If the external teeth of the 1st/2nd gear assembly is likewise bad, go with a new, or remanufactured laygear as well.

I have dozens of pictures, but the movie is starting, I'll post pics later...

Movie's over...

First gear assembly from a BN4__BN2 is similar:

Partially assembled:

Along with the condition of the synchromesh hubs, these rods, balls and springs ensure that the selected gear remains engaged:
