Hello

I am about to start the restoration of my BT7 and would like to make an order for all the fasteners that I will need to do the job. Does anyone have a list of the all the fasteners that were used on these cars?

Thanks

Myles

. Does anyone have a list of the all the fasteners that were used on these cars?----I doubt it!!! :frown:

But as you dismantle your car put each group of fasteners in a separate plastic bag with a note as to where they came from, Coz you gonna forget. Then when all have been removed send them out and have them re plated then put them right back where they came from as you reassemble the car.--Fwiw--Keoke

You should think about getting the "service parts list" for your car. With it you will be able to find out where all the newly replated fasteners go. I got my book on the BJ8 from Amazon for about $50 and it was worth every penny during the reconstruction. Have a good day!

There absolutely is a list as well as the parts book which shows almost every fastener as well as the Moment Anderson book that tells you how to read the parts book code to knwo what type and size fastener is used for each part.

I wish I knew the site where you can find the list, but I think if you do a search on this site you may find a thread that not only discusses it, but gives a link to the spread sheet.
