Has anyone heard of 'British Toys Motorsports' ?

I have a plate on the instrument panel (same location all the SCCA boys place theirs, same brass color too) that says "Custom Built for Bob Bivens by British Toys Motorsports". I don't really care that much who this Bob Bivens guys is (although talking to him would be cool), I'm really more interested in contacting the professional custom shop... problem is, google, yahoo, and any other search engine comes up short. The guy I purchased this little cream puff of a car from was not Bob, and had no Idea about the Brass Plate. I really would love it if someone here could give me a phone number or any sort of info on this... Or maybe you know Bob?
