These are sold by British wiring and was wondering if anyone has tried them?

Are these what you get when you now buy a complete new wiring harness from British Wiring?
 
Does the bulb burn brighter?
Does this use up more voltage than stock?
Are these avalb. in other bulb configurations?

I want to know the same thing. Some of the rear tail lamps have 2 lights in 1. Do they have them???
