Hard to Believe

That is exactly what it is. This video was discussed and explained on Fox and Friends (Fox News) a few weeks ago. They way they did it is, the guy at the top of the slide had a rope attached which as digitally edited out as he went down the slide. Then, if you notice you loose sight of him as the slide is hidden from view behind the bottom of the hill. The bottom of the slide is as far as the "real" man goes (he is stopped but the rope that is attached. Then, the guy you see emerge from behind the bottom of the hill and go flying through the air, is actually a computer animation, not a real person. After the "splash", a real man emerges as if he just flew through the air and into the pool. It was a very convincing fake, but a fake just the same.

I was more impressed by the guy that sunk the basketball from the third tier at the A&M stadium (on the news last night!) for the longest basket ever recorded...and THAT was real!!!

Yes, and no doubt some copycat with no brains at all will attempt to some that it COULD be done, after all....
 
Yes Basil, that's where I saw it too, with much better quality coverage and picture than the Youtube video! Really amazing!
