TR4/4A Hard Shifting TR4

When I first start to drive the TR4 it shifts very hard ( 1st and 2nd gear mostly),to the point I have to double clutch.After it runs and warms up it shifts "normal".It seems like it is getting worse.Any ideas?
 
Check the fluid.
