I think it's still safe to wish that to everyone since it can be looked at religously or by the visit from the bunny....anyways I really am not going to worry to much about it....everyone still have a HAPPY EASTER...won't be this early again until 2228...thank goodness it's 32 degrees outside!!!!!!!!

Far as I'm concerned, it's *always* safe to wish folks Happy Easter, or even Happy 150 Watt Bulb Week!

Just took TeeYah for an Easter spin. What a great day!

Happy Easter! Which reminds, me....there is a boiled egg in the fridge with my name on it (literally).

Happy Easter everyone, the wife made an egg with for each of the kids with there names on them, then I was out hidding 3 dozen eggs at 6 this morning. Fun fun.

Mom used to be the one to hide the Easter baskets and nests for my sister and myself. One year she hid my basket behind the shower curtain in the bathroom. Dad stumbled in, reached through the curtain to start the hot water. Ruined the entire basket, melted the chocolate bunny into a brown mass clogged with jellybeans and plastic grass. At age four, it was the most devastating day of my life. My psyche is healed now, so Happy Easter everyone!

Greg - so how many months ago did you finally feel "healed"? :jester:

See, in the ensuing argument, it kinda came out that the Easter Bunny would <span style="text-decoration: underline">never</span> had hidden the basket there.

Walter! Long time! Good to hear from you. Don't be a stranger!

Late happy happy. We've been "hopping" all day. Just now getting home to take a load off.
Kids make holidays such a treat. the magic is still there.

Daughter said as she put our 21-month old grandson to bed last night he was whispering, <span style="font-style: italic">"please come rabbit."</span> And today he had fun showing me all the toys & books & chocolate in his basket.

& this afternoon as he was hunting for eggs (plasitc of course), he'd find one, shake it & say <span style="font-style: italic">"no prize"</span> or <span style="font-style: italic">"prize"</span>.

Hey Mickey, I'm no stranger than you. Bibber, my wife insists that the kids each need an even dozen eggs, and we have three so its alot of hard boiled eggs. I had to hide them early because I knew they would be up no later than 7.

I"m still trying to figure out why "you had to hide the eggs and Greg's Mom the baskets.....isn't that what the Easter Bunny does??? they all have their jobs to do Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, Boogie Man, Tooth Fairy!!!

When the soggy basket was located, with tears in my eyes, my dad turned to mom and said "Why would <span style="font-style: italic">you</span> put those in there?" Not only was my treat a "no sale", I found out the Easter Bunny really hadn't been there. A double whammy.
