This month, the US Marine Corps celebrates it's 236th birthday. I was browsing around for info on the milestone and ran across a rather moving piece from Justin Timberlake???!! Yes, Justin Timberlake. He apparently accepted a challenge to take a young female Marine to the Marine Ball. Pretty cool account if you ask me.
 
I saw that and thought it was kinda neat. Good for both of 'em.
 
Justin convinced Mila Kunis to accept a Marine's invitation to a Marine ball, coming up shortly, and responded accordingly when this young lady invited him via You Tube. Linda Hamilton is also attending the upcoming Marine Corp ball - she stepped in when Betty White had to pass on an invitation due to work committments. At any rate, I'm very impressed to see some of the Hwood types stepping up like this. No matter their politics etc. it's great to see them showing their support in this way.
 
It's about time we folded the military back into the mainstream. Kudos to Gary Sinise, J.Timberlake, Mila, Linda and the rest. :cheers:
