Happy b-day Mason Williams!

I love MW! I have this album, which teams Mason Williams with Manheim Steamroller. One of my favorites Albums.

I have that album on cassette somewhere. Haven't listened to it in years. Thanks Bas.

Forty five minutes later and I'm back from YouTube and watching a plethora of Classical Gas covers. Out of all the versions I've gotta go with the original.

I still have a book of his poetry ("Mason Williams Reading Matter"). It's hilarious.
Wonder if he still lives near Eugene, OR.

Did you know that Mason Williams was once a comedy writer for the Smothers Brothers?

Yup.
