I've been racing in our ST-5 "tiddler class" all year, so I knew I'd have a few points towards the class. ST-5 is for fairly stock cars with small-bore engines. Anyway, I was surprised that I actually *won* our ST-5 Enduro Championship. I guess if the turtle shows up at all the races and the hare only shows up once in a while....well, you get the idea.

And....for those of you who are in the NorthEast USA (upstate NY) and are looking for something to do New Years Day, how about "The Hangover 200"? I wish they'd put this on SpeedTV. I think the mini-van racers would be a hoot! (this is the type of thing that folks in cold areas do when they become crazed due to "cabin fever" and lack of racing).

Nial, belated congratulations. Ain't nothin wrong with being the turtle! Aesop was right, my friend.
We have an indoor go kart track here that becomes increasingly popular the colder the weather gets.
I haven't tried it yet, but it's on the list of things to do this winter, after I get the new Spridget finished and ready for next season.
Happy New Year.
Jeff
