Hagerty up-date

You guys remember this?

DSCN2822.jpg

Well I just got a number back from Hagerty and have to say they were very fair about the whole thing. This wasn't a pristine car (shocking, I know) and they balanced out the stuff I showed them that needed to be repaired independent of the accident and what was actually/legitamitely damaged with the towing mess.

I'm impressed with their service and approach.

Re: Hagerty up-date

As a Hagerty policy holder that is good to hear. Just hope I never have to collect!
Get it done and on the road!

Re: Hagerty up-date

Nice to hear that report...I've had a policy with them for about 9 years now and (knock wood) haven't had to deal with them.

Re: Hagerty up-date

Tom,

That is precisely why I recommended them to everyone AFTER my accident. It's the actual service after and not the "lip" service before that really counts. And they are the best based on my personal experience as well as what I had to deal with in my previous career in the retail automobile business.

Re: Hagerty up-date

I also have coverage with them... and haven't had to file a claim. It's good to hear that they are treating you well.

Re: Hagerty up-date

Hagerty not only replaced my Triplex windshield, $260.00, and, as I allow no one else to work on my cars, they paid me to replace it. I wouldn't have any other classic car insurer. Their number one in my book!
