Gentlemen,
Anyone out there with the inner ferrule for the chrome ferrule that rode atop the leather gear shift boot in the 67-73 GT6? It was threaded at the top, was positioned inside the boot, and poked through the hold on the shaft to mate with the outer chrome ferrule (see Canley Plate CM in this link, Iten 43, PN 619812 or 618945):

I'll buy the two piece assembly if necessary to get the inner ferrule. Many thanks.
