GT6 GT- 6 Brake Caliper/Mounting plate information needed

I am trying to do a drum to disc brake conversion on my Elva Courier and need to get a pair of GT-6 calipers and caliper mounting plates. I can find the calipers in Moss's online catalogue but do not see a part or part number that is identified as the caliper mounting plates. I would appreciate any assistance not only in viewing an illustration or picture of the plate but also sourcing same.

Canley Classics has most if not all of the original GT6 factory parts catalogue online. Looks like they even sell alloy versions of the caliper mounts.

I hate to be dense but I do not see a part identified as the "Caliper Mounting Plate" on the Canley illustration/parts list. Can you please tell me what part it is?
