Instead of vacuum, it uses low pressure to push fluid from the M/C reservoir (vs pumping the pedal) and then bleed as normal. You can use Speed bleeders too if you want. My wife loves it cuz' she no longer has to sit and pump the pedals.
You can buy their adapters or DIY with old M/C caps.
