I'm a year-round griller as well.

This is what the college kids do every winter where I grew up and lived until 2007. It's a "right of passage" at University of Alaska...

Not really my deal but went fishing with a friend on the Mississippi couple years ago, below a lock and dam for walleye in cold of winter. He cooked brats on coals in the middle of the boat as a normal deal. Several jealous fishermen could smell them, drinks in a cooler w/ no ice to keep them from freezing.
I'm more inclined to grill in the backyard; steak, burgers or chicken. Never have been able to track down a braut for the kill. Crafty devils.
