Great weekend this past week

Sometimes you need to post about good times, not just problems. It was a great weekend in NJ,(for March). The Spitfire shuttled back and forth to the soccer fields, kids friends houses, milk, newspaper with the top down. Its a driver not a show, but it is a fun car to have.

That's what these cars are all about, using and enjoying them, not worrying about where the next stone chip will come from.

My 8 is a blast to drive, even when I should drive the "company" car , if it is nice out I am running the miles up on my 8. Looks good from 15 feet, any closer... well the paint chips come apparent. Let him sit for more than 15 minutes he will mark his spot. Yesterday was beautiful day to be driving . 70 degrees.. a little interstate cruise, some thru town driving. Makes the time go so much faster. I have found no need to even turn the radio on, I love the rumble... definately a driver's car. I even had a new Mustang follow me for two exits and pull next to me to ask me what type of car it was...

I'm looking forward to the 70 degree days just to have something nice to write about.

Well, at least as far as the driving the TR6 goes. Everything else is fine.
