Anyone else prone to getting gout? I am and right now I have it in my right wrist. Painful!m

No gout here, thank heaven.

But feel free to ask me about psoriatic arthropy, sciatica, detached retina, prostate cancer, dystonia, urticaria, and some minor problems we all deal with.

Sey gezunt!

There are likely some foods you should avoid (like red meat).

My Dad has had bouts of gout throughout his adult life and he found that the thing that caused it most often and severely was oatmeal. Once he stopped eating that his episodes pretty much stopped.
Hopefully you can figure out what causes it and mitigate it.

I know that beer is a trigger but I also just found out that one of my blood pressure meds is also a cause. I hope I can change my medicine because I like beer 🍺.
