Gotta love Amazon's return policy

This is only the second time I've had to return something I bought from Amazon. The first time was when I bought a WD MyCloud Mirror. At the time I bought mine, the 6TB version was considerably cheaper than the 8TB, so I bought the 6TB. However, no sooner did I receive it than I noticed the price on the 8TB had fallen to just $30 more than what I had paid for the 6TB. So, I contacted Amazon and told them had I known the 8TB was going to be such a small amount more, I'd have opted for that version. Well, they allowed me to return the 6TB and I was able to purchase the 8TB.

Fast forward to this week. I ordered a new Case Logic SLRC-206 camera bag. Soon after I got it, I noticed a small manufacturing defect in which part of one of the zippers was not properly sewn in. Otherwise, I really like the bag and debated whether to send it back for a replacement or just live with the minor defect. Well, I decided to return it for a replacement, which I ordered Yesterday. The new bag will arrive tomorrow! Once I get the new bag, I simply return the first bag using a pre-paid shipping label they provided. I just need to drop it off at my local UPS.

Couldn't be easier.

And if they have their way in the future, a drone will drop down and deliver your items and presumably pickups from your doorstep.
