My 73 MGB GT is running, licensed, and insured. It is attracting a lot of attention as I drive around town. I even got invited to park with the MG people during a car show in our town this weekend. The previous owner phoned as told me he found a luggage rack for the GT and to pick it up. WOW
 
looks like you're fast finding out why these tempremental old cars are sooooo addictive.
