Just picked up a '68 Ford F250 pickup.
The guy I bought it from got it from the original
owner (July,1968).He's going through a divorce,otherwise
he wouldn't be selling it.Interior looks like new!
It's Yellow/White,360cid,automatic,114,000 miles.
If I can figure it out,I'll try & post pictures.
Can anyone give me suggestions about this vehicle?

Suggestions? Drive that sucker! Oh, and get yourself pre-approved for a loan for the gas bills...

My class A motorhome has a 460...I move it every now and then so the tires don't grow roots but when we do take it to the mountains its not real bad on gas. Last trip towing the wifes 78 bub vert.(now sold) and doing the posted speed limit...70 or so...and using the dash air, we averaged 9.7-9.9 miles per galon. Not bad as it weighs a bit and we were loaded. It has an on board computer that figures everything..all digital dash that is nice but computer freak son is still teaching me how to use..but still figured it up the old way when we got back. Holds about 100 gallons so never let it get very low.
 
Hey Jack...so let's see ...if you want to go west today and visit our alien Kin in Roswell it'll cost you bout $84.60 round trip or east to see "AMARILLO BY MORNING" about $83.12...decisions..decisions...better pack a sack lunch.. :crazyeyes:
