Hey Everybody,

What are some good sites to look for TR6s for sale? I've been using collectorcartraderonline.com as well as ebay.com, but am not seeing a lot of them. Anyone know any good sites?

Thank,

Corey

cars.com has a few.

Try this link

Cars.com TR6

I just got a copy of British Motoring Magazine from Moss, and it has a few cars in the classified section in the back of the magazine.

Got my 1975 from an ad in Autotrader - it was 400 miles away. It was destined for the scrap...

I friend of mine has his 1974 TR6 for sale in Albuquerque. VERY good shape - yellow. Drop me a line if you want his number/details. pic attached. He was way below NADA book last we talked.

I am currently selling a 72 TR6 through consignment at Stonebridgemotorcars.com. He doesn't have the pics on the website as of yet, but I'm sure he would send them to you. Great shape with a lot of new parts. 66,000 miles. The reason I am selling is that I have two cars and only space for one. If you have any questions please e-mail me at jwittman@stny.rr.com. Hope this helps. It is dark blue.

Hey Bill! (2triumphs)
I've seen this car. Did some work on this car. I'll vouch that it's very nice, clean, rust free, and runs great.
I have no part in this sale, Just thought I'd put in my two cents. Wish I could afford it right now. This would be a private message to say I'm coming to get it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I bought my car from a guy in Boise, Idaho. Very happy with the sale, I found it at www.cars-on-line.com They have some nice cars there. Good Luck

Where do you live and when did you work on the car? I'm only selling it because I have tow of them and the one that I am keeping has overdrive. Did a lot of the work myself except mechanical. Do you know any good reasonable mechanics aroung this area?

I'm gonna reply to Your e-mail address, but just so others can follow a little, I was the mechanic at Stonebridge (betcha' rember me now) when they were in Elmira N.Y. and when they still did service work.(now they just buy and sell)
Ahhh... Gettin' a payckeck for workin' on LBCs all week. Best job I've had yet... oh well It was to good to last.

I have a beautiful 72 for sale. If interested send me a note.

You might also try www.sportscarwarehouse.com in Arlington, Texas. They have a constantly changing array of Triumphs and MGs for sale on their Website, both cars they own and consignment ones. They had a white, early '70s TR6 in beautiful condition in their inventory last year when I bought my TR8 from them. I think they were asking about $8000 for it. Good luck!

Did anyone mention EBay? There are several TR6s on EBay in the Triumph section right now.

Buyer beware, of course, but there always seem to be plenty there.

I'd like to grab that nice black '67 GT6!!!

Thanks guys, these sites are really awesome! I have a couple in mind. My price range is around 6000-10000, so if you guys spot any 73 and prior TR6s for sale, drop me a private message. Thanks again!!
