NOS replacement ignition switch for 78 Midget?

My ignition switch is acting up again.
Last time I ordered a new replacement and plugged it in and it worked fine, until this week.
Now I turn the key off and switched positive things are still on. (fuel pump, cooling fam, heater fan etc...)
Who can I order one from that will last more than a year or two?
Since I have slit out my system to two separate 6 fuse blocks, one always on and the other switched and the feed to the one that has the switched circuits has a male / female spade connection for now I am just unplugging that when I park the car.
I need to order a good one - NOS would be nice but hey one that simply works for more than a year or two would be great!

This is what I have now:
