Well, it's as official as it can be in this weather - Monday at 10 am Ms Triss is out the door for body & paint thereby greatly increasing the chances of Lake of the Ozarks

One question - she is being converted to chrome bumper - I have a pic of the rear bumper brackets - does anyone have a pic of the front bolts/ bracket - and how they attach to the body - that they could post or email?

thanks all - you're awesome!

When I get home after the wedding I'll take photo of my bumper.

Oh, Tony is getting married again? You would think it would be in the garage wouldn't you.

Just going over the list of things to be done and for the first time really looked at the rear valance. I'm going back to chrome bumper so I can't compare it to the original rubber bumper valance. I've attached two links.

1. the whole valance

2. A close up of the right side. The holes without arrows are for the bumpers - what are holes A, B & C for?

my guess is

A- ?

B- license plate surround?

C- hole for license plate lights

how am I doing? should any be filled? BTW - I'm using the two piece bumpers

thanks all

PS Tony - don't forget to email the pics - I'll PM you my email - thanks

JP - Is this what your looking for ? I can take whatever pics your need of the brakets/mount... I'm home for a couple days & Midge is on jackstands, makes taking these kinda pics easy...

so the bracket behind the tow rings (or shipping rings or whatever, has the bolt welded to it? If so, that is exactly what I'm looking for

Anyone have any ideas about the holes in the rear valance? (see pics above)

thanks all

Yep the bolt/stud is welded directly to the metal bracket (this bolt goes straight thru the front valence & bumper mounts to the treaded end) the area that is sandwiched in with the tow eyes is a 2 bolt mount on frame with fixed nuts/collars on opposite side)
