MoreSpeedPerformance.com are the only guys that I know of that make after market body parts for 'Bs. They have Fiberglass bumpers that look really nice, and fiber glass fender flares that can make a B look really mean. Other that them it's Moss or VB for the "Special Tuning Airdam". If you're looking for something more "radical", you'll have to fabricate something yourself or have a shop do it. Like Tony Barnhill, for example, he's modded one of his B's to accept new Mini headlights(like this).
