My post count just topped 30K... I'm certain the Colonel is somewhere, splutterin' mad he didn't have the opp to beat me to it.

Come to think on it, I'm splutterin' mad he didn't, too. :cry:

Main reason I bought the GT! He's still around.
 
I'm sure that <span style="text-decoration: underline">lots</span> of us feel the same way. The place has not been the same, in spite of all the good ones still here.

Think about him whenever I catch myself not fastening my seatbelt while tooling around in my Ranger... then buckling it up.

I, as many others, regret deeply of his passing. The other regret I have is, never meeting him personally. Those of you who did, were fortunate. PJ
 
I miss all the knowledgeable guys who've passed: Tony; John Farrington (the Jag guru), Dave Snyder. Hard to believe they're gone. All of them gentlemen, helpful, kind, sharp.

Just maybe they're up there, driving their dream LBC . . . :driving:

Well, I hate to say it but even us "young" guys here aren't gettin' any younger.


Before you know it Ben and I will be the "old" guys 'round here and y'all will be havin' a pint w/ Tony.

I thought I's be 21 for 80 years and then croak but it aint goin' down like that.
