I think they already have for the most part, snatch up those Omni GLHs NOW.

Sad to see him go, so many of the racing legends of the 50s and 60s are gone.
 
I loved the 50s and 60s! It was a time when the world moved slower, family's were much closer, <span style="text-decoration: underline">morals were much higher</span> and some cars had fenders and running boards. It was a simpler life. You youngsters only know what you see in the movies, or read about. We lived it and even though I'll get flack over this, I'd rather go back and live that way all over again. I'm not impressed with what's going on today. We survived without, cell phones, computers, etc. How many people do you know that can get through the day without having a cell phone jammed in their ear 50% of the time, or more? It's like a "Please hold my hand" thing. What ever happened to independence? Oh well, just an old f@rt running off, pay it no mind.
Nicer thought, mothers day is here. The boys are taking the wife out to do some shopping. Told her she can pick out anything she wants. I thought I'd trained those boys better than to say something like that. Oh well, experience is the best teacher.

I've been thinking of building a Cobra replica for a couple of years. My wife and I spent the day taking a tour of the Factory Five shop on Friday, so I found this particularly sad when I got home and read this in news. RIP Mr. Shelby, He was a visionary and built some great cars. The car hobby is much indebted to him.
