I think the hardest part is the price of gas -
I paid $2.36.9,& in Eureka it's about $4.20.9.
It will also be interesting in that we both lived
there all our lives,until moving here almost two years ago.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom. I was last in California last summer and it is, if possible, nuttier than it used to be, charging for bags in stores, etc.
