TR2/3/3A Glove box L-bracket

Hey all,
You can probably trace my rebuild by the questions I’ve asked...
On the glove box fit-up, there is an L-bracket to support the left rear of the box (although it’s hardly needed for support as the glove box is wedged in pretty darn tight!) that attaches to the dash support.
Question: does the L-bracket screw perforate the glove box? Think of this as a “measure twice, cut once”, and previous threads didn’t address a perforation specifically. Thanks as usual.

From what I can remember...you use a screw from the inside of the box into a speed nut on the bracket.

Perfect— as it was a posting of yours I was working off of!

I would suggest if you are having trouble with the glove box door not closing, you can move the bracket that takes the sliding bar to the outside of the glove box frame for more room. I think they were on the outside stock.
