Yikes! What a blast! Been aloft in the old Blanix at Elsinore, I remained in the plane. Might make a good yarn though, like the stall indicator. --elrey
 
Just because it can be done, doesn't mean it should be done. I'm glad I'm no longer defining myself by how close I can get to dying before my gonads get sucked up into my abdomen. Whatever floats your boat, but remember there were at least three lives in jeapordy there. Great show of technical skills, but what is the value to humanity vs the risk.

You can get killed on the expressway 10 times easier than up there! Statistics have proved that.
They used about the most stable glider ever built for the stunt, a Blantik L-13. Got my commercial glider license in one. Shame their not made any more.

The wife also is crazy about flying.
