Getting the wishbone with bushings back onto the frame...

I've had the rubber bushings back on my wishbone squished together with clamps for 24 hours now. Tried to fit them into the car frame, but no luck - too tight a fit. They are fully compressed into the wishbone as far as I can see - it's not a matter of pushing them in further.

Any advice on the best way to get the bushings to fit into the body between the two flanges? I haven't tried soap on them yet or other lubricant. Is there any value in slightly bending the two body flanges apart a bit to get it started? I could see grabbing the outer edge with a vice grips and slightly flaring it out to at least get the bushings started.

They do not all get install with the arm. Look at your hardware and look at the tabs on the frame rail and it should be obvious.

Ah I hadn't realized the bigger tab hole was big enough to just slip the bushing in from outside! Now my challenge is going to be getting one of the bushings OFF the wishbone so I can do it correctly - I clamped them in pretty good

*edit*
This forum thread has some pictures that really show the hole size difference -> https://www.mgexp.com/phorum/read.php?3,2224959
