"German" Jaguar of "historical" importance...

Re: "German" Jaguar of "historical" importance...

feh. Volkswagen turnsignals up front, nice E-brake, a pair of Bosch square foglamps mounted... $75K to "build"?

...it *SCREAMS* P.T. Barnum to me.

Nevermind th' seller's inability to convert thoughts into written WORDS. Th' BUYER musta been a piece o' work. Waay too much for a few bits-n-pieces from an amalgam of old Jags. It's now just a cheesy movie prop. Sad it used so many useful pieces.
Coulda been made from old Corvette bits and nobody would be th' wiser.

Just my opinion, mind you. :smirk:

For what it's worth, Graig's son David is co owner of Preditor Jaguar in Largo FL. If anyone is interested he has ALL the info on the cars built for the movies as he helped his dad build them. p.s. Graig died at the wheel of his Mk 2 race car at Moroso in Palm Beach.
